I painted this week...just for fun. I ignored my list of things to do and painted with my daughter on our day off school.
We purchased the canvasses and new paints on a whim at the craft store and started painting right after lunch. I can't even remember the last time I painted anything other than walls or furniture...and forgot how fun it can be.
Ellen asked if I thought the girl was young or old. I'm not really sure about that (and not even sure if I'm young or old). I am sure that I love the texture of the paint mixed with the scrapbook papers on her dress and the touch of glitter paint on her belt.
Sweet. She would be so darling hanging in a girl's room. You are *very* multi-talented!

Love.
Texture, glitter, and doing something new. And I love your timeless girlwoman.

I have just spent an inordinate amount of time reading your blog (although, as they say - time spent doing something you like was not wasted time - and I LOVE it!
I wish we were neighbors - we like the same things.
I look forward to more great posts :)
