I love red...just the good old classic red. Every shade of green looks good with it but I'm especially loving olive and red. I love it so much that I decided to make two seasonal craft stashes...one for me and one for you.
Pretty papers, a finished clipboard, lots of ribbons and fun trim, buttons, tiny vintage ornaments, a scrap of material from a vintage apron, and even some already-chain-stitched lengths of yarn.
Just leave a comment and I'll pick a lucky crafter on Saturday.
In the mean time, I wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I read something in a magazine yesterday that said "Keep your fork, there's pie" and it made me laugh. Are there any better words after dinner than "Keep your fork"?
congrats to Kimberly with the following comment:

I don't know why I never thought of olive for Christmas, but it's perfect!

I totally agree....I love Christmas red with all kinds of green, especially an olive mossy green. And pie.....of course you need to keep a fork. I am making 2 this year, pumpkin and lemon meringue. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I love that olive and red combo! I made a few aprons out of some TAG Christmas teatowels just because the colours told me that I had to do it. Hope that you enjoy your Thanksgiving. The Canadian Thanksgiving seems like a distant memory already!

Happy Thanksgiving to you too -- looking forward to keeping my fork for the salted caramel pie coming to my house on Thursday! :-)
(and because I've already won a giveaway here, my name doesn't need to go in the hat for this one although it looks quite lovely!)
