Equally as cool as a vintage apron is a vintage apron sewing pattern. I love them.
And I love them even more when they arrive unexpectedly in the mail. Amy at Into Vintage sent the pattern as a thank you for my Apronology giveaway. Totally unnecessary but totally appreciated. She also sent a pretty posy ribbon and a MOO card. She has inspired me to finally place my own MOO card order. She has also inspired me to see my vintage linen stash in a new way. Visit her etsy shop to see what I mean..."heart" it...so you can go back for Mother's Day shopping.
I love Moo cards - I don't know if it's because they're so tiny & cute but I sure wish I had invented them! Have a great weekend. a-my

A very nice gift. Isn't it wonderful to be a part of such a generous group of people as those that live in blogland? Are all the pieces to the pattern inside? I think they would be very cute done in todays fabrics and then use vintage linens for details like waist bands and pockets.

Oh, this is lovely! I cant help wondering what the aprons were like of the woman who first bought the pattern. Too sweet!

I love those patterns too (as if you didn't know that.) That Amy is really something.
